“Great brunch at Chet’s located in the Hoxton hotel behind the lobby. Good coffee and great American diner style food with a Thai and other twists. The breakfast sandwich was 5 stars as were the chicken and waffles with a spicy Roti sauce. Amazing. Friendly staff too and a great location. Plus check out the artwork for sale near the bathrooms.”

“We tried to find a restaurant that was open on December 25, and luckily Chet's was one of the restaurants that opened, so we booked it right away. We ordered Lunch Time Combo, it was delicious and good price. The service was great, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The toilet were nice and big.”

“My S/O and I had a good time at Chet’s - good Thai fusion food in a nice restaurant with great vibes for a date. We didn’t love the Tomyam Aubergine (honestly we couldn’t taste any semblance of tomyam flavours and it was way too sweet) but the other dishes, including the curry dishes were delicious. The portion sizes were also pretty good for reasonable prices. The service was fantastic. The waitress was very accommodating when I mentioned I didn’t love coriander ”

“The atmosphere and the warm welcome made a great first impression. The food was absolutely amazing — we especially loved the Wagyu Fried Rice, it was a standout! Huge thanks to Chef Batuhan for taking the time to check in on us and making the experience even more special. Our table was looked after by Ella and Jayma, who provided excellent service throughout the evening. Everything was spot on. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes!”

“Third time I've eaten here because the food is interesting. Portions are generous and flavourful. Prices are robust too, but not extortionate. Service from waitress Mai was good-humoured and understated. Have a look at the remarkable fried onion impersonating a Thai lotus. The kitchen crew clearly know what they're doing.”
